To change the default injection volume in MPX™ 1.2.1 software, the MaxInjectVolume line in the MPX configuration file (Multiplex.INI) can be edited. Additionally, the value added to the injection volume field in the Analyst software batch editor (on the Sample tab) will override the configured MPX injection value during an acquisition run.
When setting up MPX 2.0 software's carryover detection feature in the Define limit values screen (step 3), the low limit for each component must be defined using the lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) or from the cut-off limit determined from the standard curve.
In the MPX software 2.0, the carryover detection feature requires that the values for the high or region height columns need to be defined for each component. These values are used to set the flag for the above upper concentration limit.
If the computer clock updates for daylight savings time while MPX™ software is submitting a batch, data corruption and batch stoppage can occur. The clock must be set up so that automatic updates to the time do not occur.
