You are using a software trial? We will send a 36-character license key starting with AID- to the email address you used to sign up for the trial.

You have purchased software? Your license key is on a label affixed to the Software Activation License paper you received. It is easily identified as it begins with the letters AID.

In both instances, after you successfully complete your software activation, our Software Team will email you a license file. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk Mailbox.

If you do not receive an email with your license key or license file, please contact SCIEX Support.

Follow these steps:

1. Install Software: Follow software installation instructions from installation CD.
   Alternatively, software can also be installed from your downloaded installation package.
2. Activate License Key:
   Visit https://sciex.com/support/activate-software and click "Submit". Provide the 36 character (AID- ) license key from the Software Activation License paper you received. License key activation can also be completed via the activation wizard when installing the software. In both cases, a license file (.lic) will be sent to the email address you provide following successful activation.
3. Install License File: Follow instructions present in the email to place the provided license (.lic) file on your computer. Install the license file and launch the software.
