Oftentimes MultiQuant™ software results table data needs to be exported and then interfaced with a LIMS system. This article explains how to indirectly transfer data from results tables created in MultiQuant software to a LIMS system via a report template. The report template creates an output file in CSV format that can then be interfaced with a LIMS system.
If a user starts a batch using Analyst® MD Software and then signs out of their Windows account while Analyst Software is acquiring data, the software will close and suspend the run. It is not recommended to sign out of a user's Windows account if Analyst MD Software is acquiring data.
This is a set of instructions for changing the number of decimals displayed in Analyst® software quantitation metric plots and calibration curves. The default number of decimals leaves the significance so low that you can not reproduce the results shown in the results table. A warning is given to let customers know that Regedit is a dangerous utility.
Can an Analyst® software data file name start with a space? The answer is yes. It is not a good practice to start the file name (.wiff) with a space, but Analyst software does allow the user to do that by using the format of "Subfolder name\ Datafile name" in the data column of the batch.
