Answer
To update the retention time (RT) of an analyte in Sciex OS in the Explore mode during quantitative analysis:
1.Open a results table consisting of grouped components with different RTs
2.Select, for example, quantifier and open peak review
3.Change Update Expected RT from No to Group and press Apply
4.Change focus to XIC
5.Right click and select Apply integration parameters to sample within a group
6..Then, the Expected RT in Qualifiers within a group is changed to value of the quantifiers ( i.e., 13.13)
