Sciex OS Software Report Error: An Item with the Same Key Has Already Been Added

Issue Description

An error was received while using Sciex OS software to generate a report: "Error during Report generation. An item with the same key has already been added." No report was generated.

This error is due to a duplicate column appearing on the input sheet of the query file. To resolve this issue, open the report template and see if a query file is linked through the Meta Field tag. If a query is linked, open the query and evaluate it for any duplicate column names. Delete any duplicate columns from the input sheet. In the example query shown below, the column named Analyte_Concentration appears twice. When one of the duplicate Analyte_Concentration columns was deleted from the query, a report was generated successfully.
