Resolving the Report Error in SCIEX OS Software: "Error during Report generation"｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Issue Description

When creating a report in SCIEX OS software, a message appears "Error during Report generation. Can't find custom .xml file with tags in Report Template word document" (see image below).

Resolution

This error is generated when an output report (that does not have xml tags) is used as a template instead of an actual report template (that does contain tags). These report templates are typically found in the folder C:\ProgramData\SCIEX\Analytics\Reporter
Please check that the correct document has been chosen from this folder, and if not, chose a report template with xml tags.
