While using MultiQuant™ software, an error message "Currently running in another Windows session on this computer. Switch to the other session and close the software" is received.
To resolve this error, both Analyst® and MultiQuant software must be shut down in both user accounts. In addition, Analyst services needs to be shut down to resolve the issue. (Analyst services can be accessed through administrative tools in the control panel.) Then relaunch MultiQuant under only one user account.
