MPX Softare Error: MPX Driver Is Not in the Active Analyst® Hardware Profile｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Issue Description

After installing the MPX license, the MPX software would not launch and an error message, "MPX driver is not in the active Analyst® hardware profile" was received.
 

Resolution

In the Analyst software, navigate to the Hardware configuration option. Deactivate and delete the current hardware profile. Remake the hardware profile from scratch to include MPX.
