For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
To locate the most recently used quantitation methods used in MultiQuant™ software, select the File menu and then select the Recent Quantitation Methods option. This menu option allows for the most recently accessed methods to be viewed.
This feature can be helpful when the analyst who usually creates and reviews MultiQuant software results tables is not available and the new user finds that there are several quantitation methods to choose from in the project folder. Evaluation of which methods were most recently used can help narrow which quantitation method was used to generate a results table since this information is not captured in the results table.
It is always a good idea when creating new projects only to transfer over the methods that are currently in use. If it is not lab practice to create new projects in the acquisition software, then create an archive file in the quantitation methods file in the project and transfer all methods not in use to the archive.
