Integrated Syringe Error Message Recieved while Using Manual Tune Mode in Analyst® Software

Issue Description

While running Analyst® software in Manual Tune mode for compound optimization, an error message is received: The current sample cannot be run because the syringe pump has stalled. The syringe plunger may be stalled in the syringe barrel.

Resolution

To resolve this error with the syringe pump, follow the steps listed in the error message:
1) Move the syringe holder back, press Clear Error and resubmit the sample.
2) Try replacing the syringe, then press Clear Error and resubmit the sample.
3) Reset the MS.
4) Try running the integrated syringe driver with no syringe in place. If the syringe driver fails again, place a service call.
