When attempting to initiating a data transfer from SCIEX OS Software to Watson LIMS, the Watson software did not appear to be importing the data.
To resolve this issue, ensure that WATSON LIMS is in compatibility mode by following these steps:
1. Right click on the Watson LIMS shortcut on the client PC to bring up the Watson Properties screen.
2. Under the Compatibility tab, run the compatibility troubleshooter.
3. Try emulating the settings of Windows 7 and let the troubleshooter suggest recommended settings.
4. When done, click Apply and try to upload data into Watson again.
