To set up the rack changer in Sciex OS in simulation mode:

1. Open Sciex OS software, and then select Devices under the Configuration mode. 
2. Click on Add, and then choose Integrated System as the Type and Sciex Shimadzu RUO as the Model.
3. Click Settings, and then select check Simulate Device. 
4. Click the the grey plus sign to add the Autosampler type. 
5. Select Installed Rack Changer.
