How to Adjust the Ion Ratio in MultiQuant Software

Answer

In MultiQuant™ software under the Edit menu, select Modify Results Table Method and then on the Outlier Settings Tab, check Ion Ratios and add the acceptable criteria to the table. 

Note: This only works if both a quant and qual ion are present in the same analyte group.
