For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Answer

The default integration parameters are defined in the User Integration Defaults or User Units & Calibration Defaults under the Edit menu in MultiQuant™ software. Select Edit from the horizontal menu bar and click User Integration Default to set the same integration parameters for all analytes.

An Integration Default window will open. Enter the desired parameters and then select OK.

Similarly, units and calibration parameters can be defined in the User Units and Calibration Default screen found under Edit.

The Units and Calibration Default Window will open. Add the desired parameters and then click OK.

These default parameters need to be defined prior to creating a quantitation method. If the parameters are changed after the quant method is created, it will NOT update the units or the calibration or integration parameters.
