There are two reasons that data or batch processing with BioPharmaView™ software may be suspended in the middle of a data set (assuming that the data set is not corrupted):
1) If two instances of BioPhamaView software are open
2) If there are any unrecognizable file types in BiopharmaView software's processing queue folder (C:\AB SCIEX\BioPharmaView\Data\ProcessingQueue\)
To resolve a suspended processing session, open the Task Manager and check if BioPharmaView software is running--even if the application is closed. If there the software is running in the background, then close the application through the Task Manager or the Local Services screen. In addition, check the processing queue folder and clear out all items located there.
