Unable to Create Project in Analyst® Software

Issue Description

After creating a new project in Analyst® software, the project folder is not accessible. The Analyst Data folder is on C drive with several project root directories, but the desired folder cannot be accessed through the software.  


If the current root directory is set to something other than C:\Analyst Data\Projects\ (e.g., C:\Analyst Data\Project2015\Projects\Data 2015) then it must be changed to the correct format. The root directory must be set to C:\Analyst Data\Projects\ and then additional projects and subprojects are set up under this root directory.
