License File Was Not Emailed when AID Key Was Entered without Dashes

Issue Description

After activating a software license key online (at https://licensing.sciex.com/), the license file was not sent to the registered email address, and the software could not be installed.

Resolution

This can occur when the license key number (begins with "AID-" and is followed by eight sets of four alpha-numeric combinations) is entered without dashes when activating the license key online. A dash must be entered after every fourth character in the AID- key (e.g., AID-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). Once the AID key information is correctly entered, the activated license file will be emailed to the license owner.
