Defining Analyte and Analyte Type in ChemoView™ Software｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Answer

To define a new analyte in ChemoView™ software, navigate to the Manage/Analyte module, and select the Add New Analyte button.  Define the parameters Scan Name, Analyte Type, Molecular Ion Mass, Experiment Type and Experiment ID or Q3 Mass. After defining these parameters, press Save.



The new analyte will be listed in the Analytes section of the software.


To define analyte type, select the Setup menu and chose the Analyte Types option. Then enter the various compounds that will be processed in the Setup Analyte Types window. Press the Add button to enter the analyte type from the properties box. In this example, the analyte types showing are amino acids and acyl carnitines.
