Changing the options available for individual parameter settings in Analyst® software (e.g., changing the CAD gas settings to display just “Low – medium – high” and not numeric values) can be done by accessing the following menus:

• Select Configure or Tune mode. Then select Tools > Settings > Parameter Settings.
• Choose the scan mode.
• Double click on the corresponding parameter. (For the above example, double click on CAD.)
• Click on Default for Access type, which changes Access type to Simplified.
• The only parameter values available for the Simplified type are Low – Medium – High.
• Click OK to save.
