Answer 

Enter an administrator Command Prompt by typing cmd into the start menu and then right click Command Prompt and Select ‘Run as Administrator’

Issue the Command ‘cd “C:\Program Files\AB SCIEX\LibraryView\LibraryViewFramework\Packager”’ to change the directory then issue the command ‘LibraryViewPackager.exe /e’

This will load the Library Exporter.  Click the ‘LibraryView Database Snapshot Package (*.lbp)’

Choose A file location and name using the browse interface and then click ‘Next’

The process will complete automatically, Click Finish to exit the process.
