Explanation of 32 Karat License Key Program and User License Types

Answer

32 Karat software requires a hardware license key to launch, and on older versions, a similar software license key is installed from a floppy disk. The license can be viewed using the Key.exe program located in the 32 Karat directory on the hard drive (see picture below):



When the hardware license key (e.i., the USB license dongle) is installed, a full license key will show this screen: 


For offline reprocessing hardware license keys (i.e., USB license dongles) you will see this screen:
