When attempting to launch Analyst® 1.6.3 software, an error appeared: "Cannot find the file usernameanalyst.exe."
This error resulted from the format of the Windows usernames in use on the computer where Analyst software was installed. In this case, the username had a space between the first initial and the last name (e.g., C. Sanderson). When the usernames were reformatted and the space and period removed (e.g., CSanderson), the Analyst software launch issue disappeared.
