The analysis of disulfide bridges and cysteine modifications cannot be done simultaneously in BioPharmaView™ software. The user cannot put in all possible disulfide bond pairs in the same project at the same time. The projects need to be separated, with each separate project including variations of different disulfide bond pairs.
