Returning the Status Column to the Analyst® Software Queue Manager

Right click in any column of the Queue Manager in Analyst® software and select Column Settings. Then check the Status box to return this column back to the Queue Manager. All other columns can be removed or brought back in to customize the View. Please see the picture below.
