In some cases it might not be possible to login in LibraryView™ software, although the right User Name and Password is used. Error message is mentioning “…could not connect to LibraryViewService”
The LibraryView service has to be started manually.
Open windows services
C:\Windows\System32\services.msc (open by double click)
If not found at the indicated location, use windows search to find it
Remark: you may use the function right mouse click - “create shortcut” to create a shortcut to windows services on your desktop for faster access
