Data file structure for the Echo® MS system

Data files acquired using the Echo® MS system have a different file structure than data acquired using LC-MS systems.  The first sample in the data file contains all samples in the entire batch collected as a single chromatogram.  Once acquisition has completed, the data is automatically “split” into individual samples and stored within the data file.
