MultiQuant™ MD Software Will Not Launch from Desktop｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Issue Description

The following error is received when trying to launch MultiQuant™ MD 3.x from the desktop: "MultiQuant must be started from the Analyst® software when the Analyst software security mode is Integrated or Mixed."

 

Resolution

If the Analyst software security settings are set to either Integrated or Mixed mode, then Analyst must be opened first prior to launching the MultiQuant software. In this case, MultiQuant can only be launched from the Companion Software mode in the left-side Analyst vertical menu.

If MultiQuant is being launched on a processing computer, the security settings can be changed to single user mode. To do this, open Analyst. Go to Security Configuration under the Configure mode. Select the More button at the bottom of the screen, and then under the Security tab, click Single User Mode and click OK.
