For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Answer

SCIEX offers a default SCIEX OS project folder (2.5 GB) with quantitative raw and processed data sets. To download the data please follow this link https://sciex.com/support/software-support/software-downloads, choose ‘SCIEX OS Resources’ and click on ‘Documentation and Sample Data’.
The provided zip file contains a folder named ‘Example 7500TripleQuad Project’, which is the full SCIEX OS project that can go to C:\SCIEX OS Data.
The ‘Basic Quantitation’ data set can be used to show the basic features of the Analytics Module, like Calibration Curve, Peak Review, Metric Plot, Statistics, Default Flagging Rules, Ion Ratio/Groups. The data set ‘Advanced Quantitation’ shows (additionally to the basic features in the basic sample set) the following features of the Analytics Module: AutoPeak and MQ4 as integration algorithms, Automatic outlier removal (not yet active in the provided qsessions), Batch Decision Rule (was active for data acquisition, auto-injected samples are in the data sets and qsessions), usage of Calculated Columns/Flagging Rules. More detailed information can be found in the additional subfolder ‘Documentation’ in this SCIEX OS project.
