How to configure stacked injection in SCIEX OS or Analyst® with a Shimadz LC 40

Answer

1) In SCIEX OS or Analyst software®, activate a hardware profile which contains an LC 40.
2) In Analyst® open an acquisition method then go to the LC part. In SCIEX OS open an LC method.
3) Go to the Autosampler tab of the LC method.
4) Click on the Pretreatment tab.
5) In the drop-down menu select the pretreatment program mode.
6) The picture below describes the program which must be used to be able to carry out "n" stacked injection where "n" corresponds to the number of stacked injections.
