Assigning report names for different results files in the batch in SCIEX OS software

In Sciex OS 3.4.5, users can automatically create separate reports for each sample in a data set with the Customize Report feature on the Batch Automation window, allowing a unique report name and location to be defined for each sample. In the batch showing below, there are two samples with two different results files, where the user has specified the report name and location for each sample, by following these steps: 

(1)    Open the Batch workspace and fill the columns with the required information in the Batch workspace. 

(2)    Select the Batch Automation drop-down menu, and then select Report Generation. Choose the Custom option, and the Customize Report button will appear.

(3) Choose Customize Report. The dialog allows users to define the name and location for each sample in the batch. Select Save.

(4) Ensure the system is equilibrated with the same MS and LC methods before submitting the batch.
