Errors when closing LC or MS methods in SCIEX OS software caused by file names with special characters

After changing an LC or MS method in SCIEX OS software, if a user attempts to close the method without saving, one of these two errors will appear:

1. System.Xml.XmlException : ')' is an unexpected token. The expected token is ';'
2. System.Xml.XmlException : An error occurred while parsing entity name.

When either of these errors occurs, the user cannot close the method. This may cause the software to freeze, and the user must use the Windows task manager to close the software. To clear this error, the user should save and close the method. The other option is to exit the SCIEX OS software.

This error is caused by a special character (e.g., &, #, $) in the project or method name. To avoid these errors, users must rename their project and/or method and avoid using special characters in their project and method names.
