Solution :

 

If Analyst software, configured with a Shimadzu LC-40 system on a Sciex Workstation exhibits slowness, then install the Windows November 12, 2024-KB5046541 Cumulative Update to resolve the slowness issue.

 

Procedure to install it via Windows Update :


1) Open Settings (Press Windows + I)

2) Go to:

  • Windows 11: Windows Update
  • Windows 10: Update & Security → Windows Update

3) Click: Check for updates.

4) Look for : Cumulative Update for Windows (KB5046541)

5) Click: Download and install.

6) Restart your PC when prompted.
