After upgrading MultiQuant® software 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 on Windows 10, the software initially launched. But when the software was accessed later, an error was received:
"Access is denied".
To resolve this error, the user must close the software and log out of Windows and then log back in again. If this does not resolve the issue, then the computer must be power-cycled. And lastly, if the software error still persists, then MultiQuant software must be reinstalled. Please consult with technical support on how to proceed.
