Where Are the Queries Used with MultiQuant™ Software Stored?

Answer

There are two types of queries saved in two different locations. 

1. The MultiQuant™ software query with the .xls extension: These are saved under C:\ProgramData\AB SCIEX\MultiQuant\Queries. The location of these queries cannot be changed. 

2. Reporter query with .query extension: By default, these are located in C:\ProgramData\AB SCIEX\MultiQuant\Reporter. This kind of query is associated with a report template. The location of both query and report template can be changed to any desired location.
