Answer

ProteinPilot™ Software 5.0.1 is not compatible with Windows 10. It works only with Windows 7, Service Pack 1, 64-bit.

You might see a fraglet.exe error code:-1 This may be due to an expired or invalid license or due to installing ProteinPilot software on a Windows 10 operating system.
