In Analyst® software, the library search parameters such as maximum number of hits, minimum purity, hit, etc. are set in the config files that are saved under C:\Program Files (x86)\AB SCIEX\AnalystReporter\Resources\AlgorithmConfigFiles. To set the parameters for candidate or confirmation templates, use the MultipleCandidateLibrarySearch.config file or ConfirmationLibrarySearch.config files respectively.
