Implementing Zeno SWATH Functionality on the ZenoTOF 7600 System

To enable the Zeno SWATH pulsing function in the SCIEX OS software 3.0 for the ZenoTOF 7600 system, follow these steps:
1) Ensure the correct firmware is installed for your ZenoTOF 7600 system (typically done by a SCIEX engineer).
2) Log in to the PC with administrator privileges.
3) Upgrade the SCIEX OS software to version 3.0.
4) Manually stop the Clearcore services and LibraryView services.
5) Add the Zeno SWATH license file to the directory C:\ProgramFiles\SCIEX\SCIEX OS. 
6) Launch the SCIEX OS software.
7) Activate the hardware profile and then open the MS Method tile.
8) Create a SWATH method.
9) Select the Zeno pulsing check box (circled in red below) to use Zeno SWATH functionality. This check box will only appear when the Zeno SWATH license is added. 
10) Check the Licenses tab under the Configuration tile in SCIEX OS software to ensure that the Zeno SWATH license was added.
