Can I Use the SWATH® Variable Window Calculator 1.2 with All SCIEX QTOF Systems?

An updated version of the SWATH® Variable Window Assay Calculator has been released, version 1.2. This tool supports data acquired on all SCIEX QTOF instruments with Analyst® TF or SCIEX OS software. The calculator can be downloaded from the SCIEX software downloads webpage at https://sciex.com/support/software-support/software-downloads and can be found under the Additional Downloads section.

The maximum upper m/z limits for each instrument for data-independent acquisition (DIA) or SWATH are listed as follows:

• 1250 m/z for the TripleTOF® 5600+ system
• 2250 m/z for the TripleTOF 6600 system
• 2250 m/z for the X500 series system
• 2250 m/z for the ZenoTOF 7600 system
