A special administrator account is not required for the Central Administrator Console (CAC) software. The CAC server uses the standard SCIEX OS software roles to manage CAC administration permissions. As with SCIEX OS software, the user who installs the CAC is added as the Administrator, and this account can either create new roles (CAC Administrator) or add other users as administrators to manage the CAC install.
