- From Sciex OS, Click on the Configuration section.
- Select Configuration from the top left corner.
- Select the About tab,
- Click on the button Generate a Support Package under Service and Support; in the middle of the screen, it will take couple of minutes to complete the process since there is lot of compress data to be copied to the package.
- The service package will be stored as a zip file in C: drive under ServicePackges. Please note service package will contain many important files and the size would be between couple of MB to several MBs.
