How to Export Results for Specific Analytes from SCIEX OS Software｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Answer

To report only the results for specific analytes from SCIEX OS Software, a results table will first need to be opened in the Analytics mode.

Start by selecting one of the analytes of interest from the Components and Group Tab. If multiple analytes need to be reported, then select additional analytes by holding the Ctrl key down and selecting each additional analyte with the mouse. 

• In the Reporting menu, select  Export Results > Export and Save Results Table. 
• Choose an appropriate format.
• Choose all or visible columns.
• Export only currently visible rows. 
• Select OK. Provide a File name when prompted and select Save.
