How to Export and Import Processing Methods in SCIEX OS Software

Answer

Processing methods can be exported or imported in the Analytics workspace of SCIEX OS software. 

To export the method, go to the Components tab, select Export, name the file, and then save. The file will be exported as a .txt file.

To import a processing method, select Process Method and then New. Choose a data file or a sample under the Workflow tab. Navigate to the Components tab, highlight all rows, right-click and delete the selected rows. Then select Import and choose the import option that best applies (e.g., import components from a text file, or import components and integration parameters from a text file). Select the previously exported file and then select Open.
