A LIMS system can be used to import batches and export results into Analyst® software. As users switch from Analyst to SCIEX OS software, there may be concerns about column header or formatting differences between the two software versions when importing or exporting information using a LIMS. Although similar, there are format and column differences between the SCIEX OS and Analyst software systems, and SCIEX can provide examples for both formats. Determining those differences should be done prior to moving to SCIEX OS software as it may take time to reconfigure your LIMS interface.
