Cliquid® Software Does Not Show Quantitation Values for Qualitative Transitions in the Sample List｜質量分析計・LC-MS/MSシステムのSCIEX

Issue Description

When Cliquid® software is used to submit samples, the sample list shows only the group name instead of each individual transition (e.g., only Testosterone is shown, instead of Testosterone 1 and Testosterone 2) so only one concentration from one transition can be added. 

Resolution

Here is an example of the acquisition method used to acquire data with Cliquid software.

Cliquid software cannot read information after the spaces in compound names. To ensure that Cliquid software reads the full transition name, an underscore in between the name and number must be added (e.g., Testosterone_1 and Testosterone_2). Make sure to update the Analyst® software acquisition method, quantitation method, and the MultiQuant™ software quantitation method to maintain the same naming convention across all software used.
