『Leveraging Unique Quantitative Strategies for Accelerating Biologics Development』 Multiple quantitative analytical strategies are required to support development of biologics, and mass spectrometry is used across most areas of the pipeline. In this talk we will discuss some new hybrid workflows for the targeted quantitation of biologics in matrix, to support pre-clinical and clinical trial work. We will also cover the use of SWATH® Acquisition for host-cell protein analysis, for accelerated un-biased detection. The workflows and efficiency gains will be discussed.
『SCIEX Discovery Metabolomics Solutions 』 LC/MS is essential for metabolomics workflows because of its versatility, soft ionization and coverage of metabolites1 as well as being amenable to automation and high throughput. As the field of metabolomics has rapidly evolved so has the technology and these advancements have allowed for more powerful data acquisition strategies. In addition, any discovery metabolomics study can be information rich and quite complex, powerful software tools are needed to extract the relevant information for identification with high confidence. Here, we would like to share various metabolomics workflows using the SCIEX TripleTOF® platform followed by data processing strategies using advanced software approaches to identify and quantify metabolites from a variety of compound classes and pathways.
